The verification process typically takes 1‑2 business days. Once approved, you can deposit funds and place bets.

If a match ends in a draw (no winner within the regulated time), all straight win bets are refunded. For handicap bets, the outcome depends on whether the handicap margin is covered; if not, the bet is lost. Draw bets (betting on a draw) pay out only if the official result is a draw.

We source breed information from certified Thai poultry registries and require promoters to submit verified lineage documents. Each chicken's fight record is cross‑checked with official match logs from licensed arenas. Our team conducts random inspections and uses microchip scanning to confirm identity. If a discrepancy is found, the chicken is removed from the platform.

Creating more than one account violates our terms of service; all accounts linked to the same person may be suspended and balances forfeited. Duplicate accounts are detected via IP address, device fingerprint, and payment method matching. If you need to update your details, contact customer support instead of opening a new account.
